Qualificações

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs to ensure legal and policy compliance.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintain store conditions and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, inventory routines, planogram execution, and visual standards to ensure accurate pricing and promotional execution.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Store-In-Stock Optimization routines and replenishment accuracy.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across assigned departments.
• Partner in Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
