Job summary

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will supervise scheduling and payroll, monitor financial and operational reporting, and build a culture of accountability and professional development across the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets.
• Retail management: monitoring inventory levels, achieving operational excellence, driving a service culture, and executing merchandising directives.
• Leadership: attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, leading others through change.
