As a Client General Manager, you’ll lead the retention and growth plan for your dedicated account. We’re looking for proactive professionals with expertise in business travel and a passion for world-class customer service.

What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
  1. Lead strategic client retention and growth plan for your account portfolio.
  2. Proactively identify risks to the portfolio; develop and implement an action plan.
  3. Collaborate with operations and other internal Amex GBT teams.
  4. Influence key client decision makers, educating them about Amex GBT’s value and key differentiators.
  5. Increase transaction revenue for Amex GBT and key suppliers.
  6. Proactively share client and market trends with internal and external leaders.
What We’re Looking For
  • Solid understanding of the business travel industry.
  • Experience in a similar role supporting global clients is preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle competing demands.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Proactive identification and resolution of challenges.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative and receptive to feedback.
Location

New York, United States

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $70,000 to $140,000, depending on experience, skills, and location. This role is also eligible for performance-based incentives and equity awards. For more details, refer to our Benefits-at-a-Glance document.
