• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience with planogram execution and visual merchandising.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management skills.
• Ability to lead and develop store teams.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies, standards, and store conditions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and floor flow.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual standards.
• Maintain merchandising presentation and pricing integrity.
• Support Ship from Store, RTVs and ASN receiving.
• Coach and develop team members; strengthen asset protection.
