Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations: merchandising, stocking, inventory, and seasonal staff management.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests and providing product recommendations.
• Maintain organized and visually appealing product displays according to merchandising standards; stock and price items.
• Participate in receiving shipments, counting inventory, and updating inventory records.
• Support retail needs during home games, special events, and promotional activities on game and non-game days.
• Uphold the Durham Bulls brand by maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Communicate product and brand knowledge to enhance fan experience.
