Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Allen, TX is seeking a Store Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure a positive customer experience.

You will help process merchandise efficiently, maintain store organization, and model excellent service. Key responsibilities include training Associates, tagging and stocking products, and coordinating with the Coordinator on Duty to maintain flow of goods.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working as part of a team.
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure efficient processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience; maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded; communicate with management on duty.
• Monitor productivity and coach team members; rotate back stock for replenishment.
• Promote safety, comply with labor policies, and support shrink reduction initiatives.
