Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep the store organized and efficient.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth flow of goods to sales floor.
• Monitor team productivity and provide guidance as needed.
• Organize back stock and maintain cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Support safety and compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promote and support store initiatives including credit and loyalty programs.
