Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience, 6 months of leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Team player with ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Orchestrates merchandise flow and supports store operations.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Monitors productivity and assists in backroom organization.
