Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring to support receiving and merchandising in a fast-paced retail environment in the USA. You’ll engage customers, maintain organized backrooms, and help drive a positive shopping experience across our store.

Role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to train others. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is necessary, with opportunities to grow within a Fortune 100 company and advancing off-price retail careers.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient store flow.
• Engages customers to provide an outstanding shopping experience.
• Prioritizes tasks, maintains store cleanliness and stock organization.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Coordinates with the Coordinator on Duty to move goods to the floor.
• Supports safety, loss prevention, and store policies.
