Job summary

Marshalls, part of TJX Companies, is seeking a team-oriented associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will help trains Associates, maintain organized backrooms, and support efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.

The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards
• Ensure associates process efficiently and interact with customers
• Maintain clean, organized store and uphold safety
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and stocked
• Communicate with leadership to ensure flow of goods to sales floor
• Support store initiatives and labor law compliance
• Promote customer service and POS accuracy
