Job summary

The Marshalls store in Newton, MA, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks an energetic Store Receiving and Merchandising Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will help ensure fast, accurate processing and a clean, organized store environment.

You’ll train Associates, tag and stock merchandise, and coordinate with management to optimize flow of goods to the sales floor while adhering to safety and labor policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to multitask and adapt to changes

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and signage standards
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
