Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking team members to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing and an outstanding customer experience. You will engage with customers, keep the store clean and organized, and model exceptional service.

Responsibilities include training associates, managing backroom operations, coordinating truck deliveries, and supporting safety and compliance programs. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred, with leadership exposure.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient store flow.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise processing onto the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain signage, tagging, backroom organization and safety standards.
• Collaborate with management to meet labor and shrink reduction goals.
