Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Superior communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodations

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards
• Ensure Associates process efficiently and provide excellent customer service
• Orchestrate truck deliveries and stock merchandise on the sales floor
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles
• Maintain backroom organization and signage standards
• Ensure compliance with safety, labor laws, and company policies
