Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing
• Maintains clean, organized store and delivers excellent customer experience
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Communicates with management to ensure flow of goods to sales floor
• Promotes safety, honesty, and integrity in daily operations
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and loyalty programs
• Upholds all labor laws, policies, and safety standards
