Job summary

Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa in Hawaii is seeking part-time Merchandise Associates to support Kālepa's Store, Hale Manu, The Lava Shack and mobile carts. You will enhance guest experiences through product knowledge, proactive selling, and a positive attitude in both indoor and outdoor settings.

Responsibilities include guest service, greeter duties, processing transactions, pin trading, personalization services, grocery delivery, and stock handling across multiple themed locations.

Qualifications

• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Strong mathematical aptitude for transaction balancing and pricing.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service - proactively assists guests and offers options to increase revenue.
• Greeter - welcomes guests and assists with directions and information.
• Retail Agent - processes merchandise transactions following POS procedures; some locations may sell bottled liquor.
• Pin Trader/Hat/Leather Personalization - assists with pin trading, embroidery, and engraving personalization.
• Grocery Delivery - handles delivery of groceries to guest rooms throughout the resort.
• Stock Receiver - unloads and processes product to floor-ready standards.
• Stock Runner - maintains product detail and stock levels across zones and communicates shortages.
