Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers and team.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture with honesty, integrity and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and follows procedures for stock and floor readiness.
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor per company standards.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery and housekeeping throughout the day.
• Maintains organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the store floor and back areas.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
