Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking to grow its HomeGoods team in the USA. This role focuses on executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing by Associates, and delivering an exceptional customer experience through a clean, organized store environment.

You will train Associates, manage merchandise flow from truck to floor, and uphold safety and compliance while supporting store goals and loyalty programs. Flexible scheduling and weekend shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Interacts with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and maintains store cleanliness.
• Trains and mentors team members on merchandising and processing principles.
• Organizes back stock for easy replenishment and ensures proper tagging and coding of merchandise.
• Promotes safety, handles store operations, and supports in achieving shrink reduction goals.
