Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures efficient processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Engages customers to ensure an excellent shopping experience and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors associates on merchandising principles and safety.
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and properly coded.
• Partners with management to meet store goals and ensure compliance with labor laws and policies.
