Legends & ASM Global is hiring a Merchandise Associate for the Ohio State Team Shop at 15th and High in Columbus. The role focuses on delivering a legendary fan experience through exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork.

You will greet customers, process sales, maintain store presentation, stock shelves, and support events campus-wide. A high-energy, friendly personality and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays are essential.

Qualifications

• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
• Energetic, self-motivated, warm, and friendly personality.
• Must be collaborative and a team player.
• Willingness and drive to exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Basic math skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced and continuously changing environment.
• Able to bend and squat and walk/stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to transport up to 30 lbs on a continuous basis.
• Ability to work independently or in a team during set up and to get tasks done quickly.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and guests.
• Must be flexible to work campus events, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training.

Merchandise Associate - Ohio State Team Shop 15th and High

The Merchandise Associate will report directly to the manager on duty while working closely with the other sales associates & management. Our number one priority is to provide fans with a legendary experience each time they enter the store. We strive to create an environment unlike any other sporting event world-wide. We go above and beyond to exceed their expectations in customer service, display of merchandise, and attention to detail.
