Legends Global operates the Ohio State Team Shop, offering a merchandise experience that showcases fan enthusiasm. The Merchandise Associate reports to the on-duty manager and collaborates with sales teammates to deliver a legendary customer journey.

You will engage fans, drive sales, and maintain a clean, organized space to enhance the venue experience. We seek energetic, friendly individuals willing to work campus events, evenings and weekends, with basic math skills and a strong team mindset

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Energetic, self-motivated and friendly personality.
• Collaborative and a strong team player.
• Willingness to exceed guest expectations.
• Regular attendance and punctuality; flexible schedule.
• Basic math skills for transactions and counting.
• Able to stand and move for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
• Able to work campus events including evenings and weekends.

Merchandise Associate – Ohio State Team Shop (15th and High)

The Merchandise Associate will report directly to the manager on duty and work closely with other sales associates & management. Our number one priority is to provide fans with a legendary experience each time they enter the store.

Essential Functions

• Provide a fun and professional environment for teammates and fans.
• Proactively greet and assist all customers entering the location.
• Uphold Legends standards and policies.
• Complete sales transactions efficiently and accurately; welcome all available opportunities to increase individual and venue performance.
• Ensure the products and services sold throughout the store are fully understood.
• Assist as directed by the manager to maintain a neat, organized, clean, and fully stocked location.
• Assist with stocking of merchandise and weekly inventory replenishment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

Qualifications
