Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager
2. Helping with hiring, training, and developing store associates
3. Performing all store functions and daily activities as directed
4. Handling opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager
5. Protecting company assets, including store cash
6. Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors
7. Ensuring store standards for cleanliness and organization
8. Supervising hourly associates when the Store Manager is not present
9. Processing corporate directives and store communications
10. Assisting with merchandise receipt, return, and freight management
11. Meeting productivity standards and assisting with stock management
12. Planning and maintaining sales floor merchandising and sales effectiveness
13. Participating in monthly sales planning

Minimum Requirements:

1. Prior retail and management experience preferred
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
4. Ability to work in a high-energy team environment
