Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager
• Helping with hiring, training, and developing store associates
• Supporting all store functions and daily activities as directed
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager
• Protecting company assets and maintaining a professional environment
• Maintaining store standards, including stockroom and sales floor upkeep
• Direct supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent
• Processing corporate directives and assisting with merchandise receipt and return
• Managing freight flow and stock organization
• Ensuring sales floor effectiveness and planning merchandising strategies

Minimum qualifications:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment
