Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager.
• Supporting hiring, training, and development of store associates.
• Performing all store functions and daily activities as directed.
• Handling opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protecting and securing all company assets, including cash.
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Keeping store areas organized and clean, including stockroom and sales floor.
• Providing supervisory oversight for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Processing corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Managing freight flow and merchandise stocking, including frozen and refrigerated items.
• Ensuring sales floor effectiveness and planning merchandising strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prefer prior retail and management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift and transport merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
