Responsibilities:

• Assist with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager.
• Support hiring, training, and development of store associates as delegated.
• Assist with store functions, daily activities, and all opening/closing procedures.
• Help protect and secure company assets, including cash.
• Maintain a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Ensure store areas, stockroom, and sales floor meet company standards.
• Direct supervisory responsibilities for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Assist with receipt, return of merchandise, and freight flow management.
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure sales floor effectiveness.
• Support planning, merchandising, and implementing sales strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prefer prior retail and management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a high-energy team environment.
