Stitchi, LLC, based in Detroit, seeks a Brand Partner to turn client needs into thoughtful merchandise programs. You’ll drive discovery, pursue new business, and identify growth opportunities in collaboration with Account Managers and Coordinators.

You will lead inquiries, understand clients’ audiences and budgets, and present clear recommendations, working hands-on with proposals, samples, and pricing to balance brand fit and margin. In-person work in Detroit with a focus on growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales, account management, or another client-facing role.
• Confident in starting conversations and asking for a decision.
• Reliable follow-through across multiple opportunities and CRM upkeep.
• Interest in physical products and how merchandise connects with people.
• Promotional products, agency, events, or B2B service experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop new opportunities through inbound inquiries, outreach, referrals, and relationship building.
• Lead discovery with Marketing and HR buyers to understand audience, goals, budget, timing, and decision process.
• Connect client needs to merchandise ideas and present clear recommendations.
• Collaborate on proposals, samples, and pricing balancing brand fit and margins.
• Guide commercial conversations through a decision and secure written commitments.
• Maintain up-to-date opportunity records, forecasts, and follow-ups.
