Blue Yonder seeks a Technical Architect for MERCH Ops in the US. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to design data-rich solutions across the supply chain, focusing on integration and architecture for Merch Ops.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Merch Ops or PMM, deep PL/SQL/Oracle skills, and familiarity with API/JSON, batch scheduling, and React/Node.js. Dallas or remote work options available with strong customer-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing, designing, developing PMM or Merch Ops solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of merchandising software solutions and technical architectures.
• Coding in PL/SQL, Oracle, Linux batch scripting, API/JSON and batch scheduling; React/Node.js a plus.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and data integration across SCM and Merch Ops.
• Strong problem-solving and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and functional discussions for the Merch Ops product with internal/external teams.
• Provide oversight to manage escalations from customers (Tier 1/2).
• Develop strong customer relationships and understand Merch Ops processes and integrations.
• Ensure high CSAT through proactive issue resolution and timely communication.
• Offer end-to-end enterprise solution knowledge for business/data flows across supply chain suite.
• Guide Root Cause Analysis and participate in organizational initiatives.
• Assist team with benchmarking, sizing, and project timelines.
