Job summary

Ken Garff Mercedes is seeking a Mercedes Service Concierge to warmly greet clients and manage service drive flow. The role requires precise, high-energy service with a focus on attentive communications and guest experience.

The position offers benefits, growth pathways, and a starting wage of $18 per hour, with a schedule Tue–Fri 8am–5pm and Sat 8am–4pm. Responsibilities include coordinating vehicle movement, supporting service advisors, and ensuring a welcoming reception.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Greet clients on arrival and direct them to appropriate staff in a professional manner
• Prepare and move vehicles from service drive to parking area
• Maintain a clean, organized service reception and service drive
• Answer incoming calls and direct to the right staff
• Provide attentive, courteous assistance to ensure a smooth service visit
• Support service advisors to ensure efficient daily operations
• Inspect loaner vehicles and document condition for future use
