Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a hands-on Network & Systems Administrator to support their Cisco Meraki network infrastructure and Microsoft systems. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience and is skilled in troubleshooting network and server issues. Responsibilities include maintaining reliable connectivity, supporting Windows Server environments, and administering Microsoft 365. The role offers opportunities for growth and requires a strong understanding of networking concepts along with excellent problem-solving skills. Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting business network and server environments.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki preferred.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and VPN concepts.
• Experience supporting Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with VMware or similar virtualization platform.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working onsite and interacting with end users.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Cisco Meraki equipment.
• Administer VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and VPN connections.
• Monitor network health and troubleshoot issues.
• Support Windows Server environments and Microsoft 365.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for incidents.
