Westat, Inc. is seeking Field Interviewers to support the MEPS study, conducting in-person and CA video interviews with adults in households across the United States. The role requires travel to training in January 2027,200% commitment to data collection rounds, and weekly data submission.

Qualifications

• Be 18 or older and able to sign confidentiality agreements.
• Available to complete mandatory training between January 4 and January 15, 2027.
• Available to attend mandatory in-person training starting January 20, 2027.
• Be available to complete additional training including post-training home study.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, mostly evenings and weekends.
• Meet physical requirements: lift 20 pounds, walk blocks, climb stairs with equipment.
• Have a fully insured vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and computer-assisted video interviews with adults in sampled households.
• Contact households to introduce the study, gain cooperation, and set interviews.
• Complete interviews and collect electronic and hard-copy signed documents.
• Transmit data daily when working; follow data security and confidentiality requirements.
