• 8+ years of experience in MEP systems, ideally in hyperscale data centers.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and controls integration within large-scale environments.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience reviewing technical drawings, controls sequences, and commissioning documentation.
• Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel nationwide, with flexibility for short-notice deployments.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate effectively in outdoor and confined environments.
• Ability to relocate if necessary within 1-3 months.
