The company

Looking for your next big challenge? A leading engineering and consulting firm is seeking an experienced MEP Field Manager (Electrical) to support the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical projects across the U.S.

You’ll play a key role onsite, leading electrical construction activities on hyperscale data center projects, ensuring installations meet the highest standards for safety, quality, and operational performance.

The position

• Lead onsite electrical construction activities across mission-critical projects
• Oversee installation of systems including switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators, and power distribution
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and commissioning teams to maintain schedule and quality
• Conduct field inspections, track issues, and ensure compliance with design and standards
• Support commissioning readiness, energisation, and system testing

Could this role be for you?

• 5+ years in electrical construction, installation, or field supervision (data centres preferred)
• Strong knowledge of medium/low voltage systems, UPS, generators, and critical infrastructure
• Understanding of NEC, NFPA, OSHA, and LOTO safety standards
• Experience coordinating across multiple trades in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with construction tools such as Procore, BIM 360/ACC, and MS Office
• Willingness to travel 75–100% across the U.S.
