DataX Connect seeks a Senior MEP Systems Integration Manager to lead the technical integration of mechanical, electrical, controls, and cooling systems across hyperscale data center projects nationwide. You will oversee design reviews, coordinate installation and commissioning, and guide multi-disciplinary teams from concept through turnover.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in MEP systems, ideally in hyperscale data centers.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and controls integration within large-scale environments.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience reviewing technical drawings, controls sequences, and commissioning documentation.
• Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for mechanical, electrical, controls, and cooling systems across all project phases.
• Review and validate design documents, specifications, and equipment submittals to ensure system performance and integration.
• Coordinate installation, startup, and commissioning activities, resolving technical challenges proactively.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams and vendors to ensure system quality, readiness, and successful project milestones.
• Support quality assurance, documentation, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
