Looking for your next big challenge? A leading engineering and construction consultancy is seeking an experienced MEP Field Manager II (Mechanical) to support mission‑critical projects across the United States.

You’ll be a key onsite leader, coordinating contractors, driving installation quality, and ensuring complex MEP systems are delivered safely, efficiently, and ready for commissioning on high‑value infrastructure builds.

The position

• Lead daily onsite MEP field activities across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls systems
• Coordinate contractors and trades to maintain schedule, safety, and quality standards
• Conduct field inspections, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with design and specifications
• Support construction sequencing, RFIs, and technical documentation review
• Drive commissioning readiness, including system startup, testing, and integration
• Act as the onsite representative, maintaining momentum and stakeholder alignment

Could this role be for you?

• 5+ years’ experience in construction or field supervision, ideally within mission‑critical environments
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation practices, and trade coordination
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Understanding of commissioning processes and system startup
• Familiar with MS Office and construction management tools
• Strong communicator with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
• Willingness to travel 75–100% across the U.S. (long‑term project assignments available)
• Must be based near a major U.S. airport
