Job summary

LVI Associates seeks a seasoned MEP leader to oversee integration of mechanical, electrical, controls, and related systems on mission-critical/data center projects. You will ensure designs, coordination, installation, commissioning, testing, and handover meet client expectations.

The role focuses on bridging design, construction, commissioning, and operations across hyperscale and mission-critical programs, delivering reliable, fully integrated systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in MEP coordination, construction management, commissioning, systems integration, or mission-critical project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, and commissioning processes within data centers or other mission-critical facilities.
• Experience with equipment integration, quality management, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP systems integration from design and procurement through construction, commissioning, and turnover.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, commissioning teams, and project stakeholders.
• Manage OFCI/CFCI equipment integration, technical reviews, quality assurance, and commissioning readiness.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks while supporting schedule, budget, and quality goals.

Seeking a senior MEP leader to oversee the integration of mechanical, electrical, controls, and related systems across the full project lifecycle on mission-critical/data center projects. This role ensures systems are properly designed, coordinated, installed, commissioned, tested, and successfully handed over to clients.

Key Responsibilities
