LVI Associates is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scope on large-scale data center and mission-critical projects across multiple locations in the United States. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of construction experience with hands-on on-site work and a strong understanding of MEP systems in complex environments.

Prior experience with Owner's Representative, developer, or PM consultancy is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of construction experience focused on MEP systems.
  • Data center or mission-critical project experience required.
  • Experience with Owner's Representative, PM consultancy, or client-side organization preferred.
  • Strong field and site-based construction management experience.
  • Ability to coordinate contractors, consultants, commissioning teams, and client stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and construction safety.
  • Willingness to travel to project locations across the United States.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scope from construction through commissioning, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of construction experience, including hands-on experience working on-site in the field and a strong understanding of MEP systems within complex mission-critical environments. Previous experience working for an Owner's Representative, Developer, or Project Management Consultancy is highly preferred. You will work closely with contractors, consultants, vendors, and client stakeholders to drive project success while maintaining strong communication and coordination across all project phases.
