Job summary

Skanska USA Building seeks a Superintendent - MEP to lead on-site planning, coordination and execution of MEP work on a construction project. You will supervise subcontractors, monitor progress, manage logistics, and ensure safety, quality, and adherence to contract requirements while collaborating with project management, engineers, and trades.

Strong knowledge of building systems, schedules, cost control, and change management is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Proven MEP construction experience.
• 5+ years of Safety and QA/QC experience.
• 5+ years experience managing schedules and subcontractors.
• 5+ years experience with contracts and exhibits.
• 5+ years experience with detailed planning and ability to understand plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead MEP execution on site; supervise subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, manage logistics, and uphold safety/quality standards.
• Support schedule and cost control; oversee change management and pay requisitions.
• Ensure subcontractors meet insurance, certification, and contract requirements.
• Oversee risk, contracts, and coordination with trades; maintain project goals.
