This senior role requires 5+ years of MEP leadership, deep knowledge of systems, strong safety and codes compliance, and excellent on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as MEP Superintendent or similar in construction.
• Extensive knowledge of MEP systems and components.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all MEP installation activities on site.
