Job summary

Austin Commercial is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent for our North TX Division to lead field installation and coordination of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, sheet metal, insulation, sprinkler, and life-safety systems on commercial projects. You will oversee subcontractors, ensure safety, and align onsite activities with construction schedules.

Qualifications include a B.S. in construction management or engineering and 5–8 years of field supervision, OSHA 30, and strong plan reading

Qualifications

• BS in construction management/engineering or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of commercial construction field experience with direct supervision.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training required (may obtain within first year).
• Proficient with reading plans and specs.
• Ability to build and manage direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day field construction activities on assigned jobsite.
• Oversees safety plans and overall jobsite safety.
• Coordinates installations among trades when interferences exist.
