Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Superintendent - Mechanical-Electrical to lead and coordinate MEPS work on a major project in Austin, TX. You will direct subcontractors, manage schedule and budget, and ensure safety and quality across all MEPS trades.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least six years in MEPS construction, strong leadership, and BIM coordination skills. Expect on-site leadership and cross-team collaboration with owners and engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of formal engineering/architectural experience required.
• Minimum six years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience.
• Knowledge of building construction, scheduling, cost control and contract documents.
• Thorough knowledge of BIM and coordination of MEPS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of mechanical and electrical systems on site.
• Ensure safety, schedule delivery and budget adherence.
• Supervise and develop Assistant Superintendents and field staff.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects and owners on field issues.
• Oversee inspection, startup, turnover and training for systems.
