Engtal is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to own coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on large, complex construction projects in the Midwest. You will collaborate with project leadership, trade partners, and commissioning teams to drive seamless installation sequencing and turnkey turnover.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing MEP scopes on large commercial, healthcare, industrial, mission-critical, or similarly complex projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP coordination, sequencing, startup, and commissioning.
• Ability to lead subcontractors and drive schedule, quality, and safety in the field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• As an MEP Superintendent, you’ll take ownership of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems coordination on complex construction projects, working closely with project leadership, trade partners, commissioning teams, and clients.
• You’ll be involved in everything from installation sequencing and coordination through startup, testing, commissioning, and turnover.
