Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions is confidentially seeking a Traveling MEP Superintendent to lead field execution on large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects. You will coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades, review drawings, and ensure safety and quality while traveling to multiple project locations.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of field leadership with strong MEP experience and a track record delivering complex projects on schedule.

Qualifications

7+ years of construction field leadership experience with significant exposure to MEP systems.
Experience coordinating multiple trades on large projects.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide field leadership for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
Coordinate MEP subcontractors, field teams, vendors, and stakeholders to meet schedules.
Manage day-to-day field activities on data center and mission-critical projects.
Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, coordination drawings, and installation requirements.
Coordinate sequencing of MEP, controls, fire protection and other systems.
Participate in MEP coordination meetings with PMs, engineers, commissioning and field leadership.
Identify constructability issues, scheduling risks and potential delays.
Monitor field productivity and ensure quality and safety.
Support equipment startup, testing, commissioning and turnover.
Maintain safety expectations and promote accountability.
Coordinate inspections, punch lists, turnover documentation.
Travel to project locations as required.
