Job summary

Engtal is seeking a Project Manager for mechanical construction in Denver to lead complex mechanical buildouts from preconstruction through turnover. You will own budgets, schedules, quality, safety and profitability while coordinating field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects on track.

The role requires strong communication with General Contractors, engineers, clients and internal teams, plus expertise in MEP systems and construction PM software.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in mechanical construction and MEP environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Own project budgets, schedules, quality, safety and profitability.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors and material procurement to keep projects on schedule.
• Collaborate with General Contractors, engineers, clients and internal teams throughout delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, forecasting, change orders and cost control.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high-quality project delivery.
