Job summary

Engtal in Boston is seeking a senior MEP Project Manager to lead large-scale design and construction efforts from conception through delivery. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain key client relationships while providing technical leadership and QA/QC oversight.

The ideal candidate holds a PE license, 12+ years in MEP consulting, and hands-on AutoCAD/Revit experience, with strong PM interest or background and data-center familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing-related Engineering.
• 12+ years of MEP consulting engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Hands‑on engineering design experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong technical background with project management experience or an interest in transitioning into PM.
• Mission‑critical/data center experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale MEP engineering projects from design through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, financials, and client relationships.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership, design oversight, and QA/QC reviews.
• Support engineering design, specifications, and construction administration.
• Mentor junior engineers and support business development efforts.
