Mortenson Construction is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent I/II in Texas to review and resolve field coordination issues with project teams. You will supervise MEP scopes, coordinate designs, and help manage schedules and site logistics to ensure project success.

Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to review, provide analysis, management, and resolution of field coordination issues with project team members and participants. Excellent communication skills are necessary as you will interact with staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment. Your ability to remain flexible, inventive, dedicated, and efficient with an elevated level of integrity and confidentiality is vital to your success.
This position offers opportunities at both levels 1 and 2, allowing candidates to apply based on their experience and qualifications. Compensation for this role is determined based on factors such as experience and location.
MEP Superintendent I: Minimum qualifications: 8 years construction experience with 2 years supervisory experience, preferably with Mechanical or Electrical Contractor. Base pay range: $111,400 MIN - $167,100 MAX.
MEP Superintendent II: Minimum qualifications: 15 years construction experience. Base pay range: $130,100 MIN - $195,200 MAX. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%.)
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan.
