Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to review, provide analysis, management, and resolution of field coordination issues with project team members and participants. Excellent communication skills are necessary as you will interact with staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment. Minimum qualifications: 8 years of construction experience with two of those years having supervisory experience, preferably with a Mechanical or Electrical Contractor.
Base pay range: $111,400 MIN - $167,100 MAX. (Actual range is higher for Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%; Seattle, WA and Portland, OR – 10%; Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
Minimum qualifications: 10 years of construction experience with two of those years having supervisory experience, preferably with a Mechanical or Electrical Contractor; 15 years of construction experience.
Base pay range: $130,100 MIN - $195,200 MAX. (Actual range is higher for Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%; Seattle, WA and Portland, OR – 10%; Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
