Mortenson Construction is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to review, manage, and resolve field coordination issues across project teams. The role emphasizes effective communication, planning, and collaboration with design engineers and field staff to keep projects on schedule.
Qualified candidates will have extensive construction experience, supervisory background, and a focus on data center projects.
Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to review, provide analysis, manage, and resolve field coordination issues with project team members and participants. Excellent communication skills are necessary as you will interact with staff at all levels in an ever‑changing environment. Your ability to remain flexible, inventive, dedicated, and efficient with an elevated level of integrity and confidentiality is vital to your success.
This position offers opportunities at both levels 1 and 2, allowing candidates to apply based on their experience and qualifications. Compensation for this role is determined based on factors such as experience and location.
Accepted Locations: Lincoln, NE; Omaha, NE; Cedar Rapids, IA
MEP Superintendent I: Base pay range $111,400 Min – $167,100 Max.
MEP Superintendent II: Base pay range $130,100 Min – $195,200 Max.
(Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%; Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%; Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
