Job summary

Mortenson is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent II to review, analyze, and manage field coordination issues with project team members. You will interact with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment, requiring flexibility, inventiveness, and discretion to maintain integrity and confidentiality.

The role involves coordinating MEP scopes, planning schedules including look-ahead, reviewing construction documents and contracts, and collaborating with design engineers and partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or 10 years of trade experience.
• Minimum 10 years construction experience with at least two years supervisory experience, preferably with a Mechanical or Electrical Contractor.
• Minimum 15 years of construction experience.
• Ability to fulfill responsibilities for multiple, complex data center projects.
• Detail-oriented and capable of organizing multiple tasks.
• Understanding of construction law and standard business practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Positive, professional attitude and strong customer service.

Summary

Base pay range: $130,100 MIN - $195,200 MAX (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
