Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead day-to-day site operations for national data center construction projects. You will manage subcontractors, safety, quality, and schedules, coordinating with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners to ensure flawless field execution.

The role requires extensive experience in data center or mission-critical builds, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems within critical

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction field experience.
• Superintendent experience on data center or mission-critical projects.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Experience with safety, scheduling, and quality control.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems within critical facilities.
