Job summary

Hensel Phelps, a leading employee-owned construction firm, seeks a Facility Solutions Manager to provide technical leadership for planning, coordination, and execution of MEP systems across complex projects in the Columbus area.

This role partners with design teams, trade partners, commissioning agents, and owners to ensure project readiness, high-quality deliverables, and safe, efficient operations on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Mechanical, Electrical or MEP Construction Management.
• 6+ years’ experience in construction and operations.
• Strong written communications skills and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical experts and teams to develop MEP solutions and project documentation.
• Lead and develop project team members, coordinating MEP systems and commissioning activities.
• Review plans, specifications, schedules, and technical requirements for major projects.
