Job summary

The Walsh Group is seeking a MEP Quality Manager for a Federal construction project in Kitsap, WA. You will implement and manage the Quality Management System to ensure design and construction align with contract requirements and Walsh policies.

You will mentor project staff, lead quality processes, and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement while coordinating inspections with operations and clients.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of standards, specifications and publications related to job duties.

Responsibilities

• Quality champion for a project or multiple projects, responsible for quality management duties including documentation and close-out.
• Coaches, mentors and trains project staff in quality management principles and project requirements.
• Leads and manages quality processes such as work planning, material management, QA/QC documentation, and inspections.
• Establishes and reports on KPIs and QIRs for project teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Audits project quality programs and provides feedback to improve owner/client relationships and reduce non-conformances.
